Ken Livingstone is and always had been a Labour Party member. Even when he had to fight against the executive committee of the Labour Party in order to become, with the majority of Labour Party’s members’ vote, Mare of London. He was right and readmitted by those who were in the wrong. It is an excess to discipline him for what he had expressed. We must not accept to easily persecute and harass anyone (Not just Ken Livingstone) for expressing opinions or citing o mentioning sources they may disagree with but are historical facts unless they have an utter certainty that what they may have expressed or stated is contrary in any way to what the Labour Party stand for. This is a Kafka type of trial were someone had to defend and justify himself for allegations made by people who are clearly protecting other interests and not of the Labour Party. This is serious and endless untrue allegations of antisemitism must stop
