Tania Bassett spent 11 years as a probation officer working for the then west Mercia probation trust. She now works full time as an official for Napo and is responsible for press, parliament and campaigns. Tania sits on the justice unions parliamentary group as well as negotiating at a national level with NOMS and the MOJ.
