Before joining IBT, Sophie worked as a journalist (for Sky News) and documentary producer (for Yorkshire TV). She set up and managed Rooftop Productions in association with Christian Aid and was responsible for the pioneering children’s tv series Rooted. Sophie is an influential voice in media issues as a result of her work at IBT and her role as a Director of Voice of the Listener and Viewer (VLV). At IBT, Sophie works with broadcasters and regulators and is responsible for lobbying and campaigning.
